These terms describe the relationship between you and Oreana. We have written them to be readable. They are still a legal agreement.
The relationship
Oreana is a private intelligence you invite into your life. You remain in control: nothing that matters happens without your authorization.
Your responsibilities
Use Oreana lawfully, and keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give it.
What Oreana commits to
To act within the boundaries you set, to explain the decisions that matter, and to leave a private record of what it does. The full account is in the Trust Center.
Availability
We work to keep Oreana operating reliably, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Current status and history are published openly.
Ending the relationship
You may leave at any time and take your data with you. On departure, your data is permanently deleted.
